Report A Violation
Annville Township is committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly community. Residents may use this form to report potential code, zoning, or ordinance violations within the township. All submissions help township staff identify concerns and take appropriate action in accordance with local regulations.
The Township will issue a Notice of Violation if your property conflicts with our property maintenance or zoning ordinance.
Complaint and Violation Process
- Complaints must must be in writing and come to the Township office. Please fill out the form below.
- You can also email the details below to info@annvilletwp.com. Please provide images when possible. (images can not be uploaded online)
- After submission, Township personnel will confirm your complaint and, if needed, an official Notice of Violation will be prepared and sent to the property owner stating timelines for compliance.
- If the stated timelines are not met, Township personnel will follow the enforcement actions as prescribed in the Township Code of Ordinances.
Common issues include:
Burning or outdoor fires, dumpsters on public streets (unpermitted), junk vehicles, storage of refuse or junk, street obstructions, tree or vegetation overgrowth (weeds and/or high grass-cannot exceed 12″ in height), yard waste dumping and shrubbery or trees overhanging a public street or walkway.
