Quarterly Sewer Bill

The quarterly township bill is comprised of sewer,  trash and recycling, and a stormwater fee.

Sewer Fees and Township Quarterly Bills:  

Sewer rental rates are part of the township’s sewer rate policy and are updated via the annual fee schedule and ordinances adopted by the Board of Commissioners.

  • Each residential dwelling unit or commercial EDU is billed on a quarterly basis.  
  • Quarterly water consumption of 7,500 gallons or less per unit, the bill will be equal to the quarterly minimum sewer fee.
  • Quarterly water consumption of more than 7,500 gallons are billed at a rate per 1,000 gallons over and above the minimum sewer fee.
  • The standard quarterly bill also includes the fee for refuse and recycling service as well as a property specific MS4 fee.
  • Please note that a 5% late payment penalty is applied monthly to balances not paid in full.

Payment forms accepted:

  • Cash, check or money order are accepted at the Annville Town Hall Administrative Office.
    • See hours of operation on our home page
    • A secure drop box is located on the N. Lancaster Street porch side of the building for after-hours payments.
  • Card/electronic payments may be made on-line.
  • An ACH payment program is available for property owners.   This is a no cost program that pulls payment from your checking or savings account to satisfy the quarterly bill.  
  • AutoPay is available through the online Citizen Action Center portal.

Notification of Property Changes Relative to Sewer

Each residential dwelling unit is charged for one sewer unit.  Commercial units are charged based on assessed EDUs.  

To notify the Township Authority of a change in sewer use for a property please submit a notarized Affidavit Form to the Annville Township Administrative Office.
